Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We can ship to your home or office, but unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. But we are looking to expand internationally and would love your feedback on which country should be next.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE UPS Ground on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Additional shipping rates will apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, which you will find when you check out.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders shipping to the contiguous United States will arrive within 1-4 business days, depending on your location and the time the order was placed online. Please note: inclement weather may cause delays with UPS delivery schedule.
All orders placed on our website before Noon EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will ship same day. All orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed next business day.
What is a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial?
We know it’s hard to take the plunge and buy a product sight unseen online and we want you to feel confident in your purchase with us. So, we are offering a 60-day risk-free trial on every product we sell. Travel with it as much as possible and if for any reason you don’t love it, then send it back.

How do I return an order?
We offer a 60-day risk-free trial on every product we sell. Travel with it as much as possible and if for any reason you don’t love it, then send it back within the first 60 days for a full refund.

How will my OOO arrive?
We care about the environment at OOO and are continuously working on efficiencies in our supply chain to limit our carbon footprint.
All orders that contain multiple luggage sizes will be shipped nested in a single box. For example: If you order a 3 piece set containing different luggage sizes, the smallest size will be packed inside the medium size, which will also be packed inside the largest size. In this case, all 3 pieces of luggage will be sent in one box. The same is true for accessories, as they will also be shipped inside the same box.

What is our ‘Always in Style’ Upgrade Plan?
Being fashionable is a lifestyle that we want you, our customers, to fully embrace. We understand that one’s taste level changes over time, and in accordance with trends. So, as your taste evolves along with our assortment we will be offering a one-time upgrade of your existing OOO luggage for a new one for $198 with free shipping and return rates.
OOO Traveling is the first luggage brand to offer such a plan because fashion is part of our core DNA. We want you to always look and feel good when traveling.
During the first five years of ownership you can request to upgrade your current OOO Luggage for a new one in the same model and in any color available at that time. If the current model is not available you can upgrade it for any current model of equal or less value.
This is valid for the original recipient and/or original purchaser only. An OOO order number must be presented when filing for an upgrade. If the item was purchased at one of our retail partners then a receipt with transaction number must be presented when filing for an upgrade.
As always, even our upgrades will feature a 5-year warranty. This means that you can always depend on us to stand by our product.
What is the warranty on the luggage?
We are so confident that we have built the best luggage on the market that we are willing to stand behind it by offering to fix, or replace, your piece if it breaks.
Our 5-year warranty will cover any cracks or breaks in the shell of the luggage as well as the wheels or telescoping handles breaking off due to a manufacturing defect. We do not cover any damages by the airlines - please contact them directly. Cosmetic damages such as dents, scratches, scuffs, marks, or color changes due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty.
All warranties are only covered for the original recipient and/or original purchaser. An order number must be presented when filing a claim. If the item was purchased at one of our retail partners then a receipt with transaction number must be presented when filing a claim.
What is the warranty on the battery?
All batteries are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty will only cover your battery if it no longer holds a charge or is unable to charge your electronic devices.
It will not be covered for cosmetic damages to the battery or slowness of charging.
All warranties are only covered for the original recipient and/or original purchaser. An order number must be presented when filing a claim.
What is the warranty on accessories?
All accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty will only cover your accessories if they are no longer functional. We do not cover any zipper issues as they are considered to be cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear will not be covered under this warranty.

Our Luggage
Is the battery removable?
Yes, our 10,050mAh lithium-ion battery is integrated directly into the design of the luggage, but can also be removed in the matter of seconds with just the push of a button.
What electronic devices can I charge?
The 10,050mAh lithium-ion battery will charge almost any electronic device that has a USB power capability. Our battery is so powerful that it can charge most phones up to 5 times.
What is included with the battery?
Each Carry-On luggage comes with a 10,050mAh battery, Universal Travel Adapter, charging cord, and a carrying pouch. Now you can charge everything you need no matter where you are in the world.
How do I charge my battery?
We recommend that you remove the battery from the Carry-On luggage before charging. Then, use the charging cord and adapter to plug to the wall outlet.
Since it can take up to 8 hours to fully charge, we recommend doing this overnight.
Is the battery compliant with airline regulations?
Yes, our battery has gone through extensive testing in order to be compliant with the current airline regulations. Our lithium-ion battery meets UN38.3 requirement, as well as FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations.
Our battery is permitted in the cabin of all airlines. Some airlines will require you to eject the battery and place it inside the luggage or in your backpack or purse. Please check your airline website for the most up-to-date rules and regulations.
If, for any reason, you need to check-in your Carry-On luggage please make sure to eject the battery and take it with you. Most airlines do not permit lithium-ion batteries to be checked.
Can I change the code on my TSA lock?
Of course! To personalize the code please zip up the luggage and insert the zipper pullers into the lock. Then use a pen to push down on the reset button to the right of the number dial. Once it snaps into place you can select a new code by moving the numbers on the dial. When you have your lucky three numbers selected just slide the TSA lock button.
Our TSA lock can be opened by employees of the Transportation Security Administration with the use of a special key and without damaging your lock or luggage.
What’s the best way to clean my luggage shell?
Our polycarbonate shell can be cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in warm water and a mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents or rough sponges or brushes.
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser also works like a charm!
